Refund Policy for Annual Plan

We (Techcyno Web Solutions Limited) have a 3-day refund window with a no-question-asked policy only for an Annual Plan. The 3 days refund policy will allow you to explore our entire content on Retro FM and in case you dislike the app or change your mind can claim your 100% refund within the 3 days of purchase by writing an email to us.

If you cancel your subscription after 3 days of purchase, no refund will be provided. However, you can continue enjoying our premium features until the next billing cycle. If a refund request is submitted within the eligible period, it will be subject to verification and approval. Once the refund request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Refund Policy for Monthly Plan

There is no refund policy on a monthly plan on Retro FM. You can cancel future billings. But once you take the monthly subscription your plan is activated up to the next billing even you cancel your membership in midway.
